Olenna our queen

Olenna fikk nyresvikt og alvorlig lungeproblem og fikk sovne inn noen uker før hun skulle fylt 12 år. Du vil aldri bli glemt, Lennamin.
A memory is a keepsake of time that lives forever in the heart
Those we love remain with us for love itself lives on,
and cherished memories never fade because a loved one’s gone.
Those we love can never be more that a thought apart.
For as long there is a memory, they’ll live on in our hearts.

Tequila
– who got a special place in my heart, our first Maine Coon
Childhood pets
– who were all part of shaping the strong interest in and feelings for animals

Moved on – Living elsewhere

Some former breeding cats live as retired neuters with other families.
Breeding involves trying to plan in detail the cats’ future. Sometimes the plans do not go as planned …
Previous cats who have moved to new homes:
Androscoggin
– who moved back to Germany after a short stay with us
India
– who moved to the south of Norway, and got two years of happy country life before they had to let her go …
Aegon
Aegon is the son of Olenna, from the A-litter. He lived in a foster family in Oslo, who became his forever home and later moving to Voss. He lives with a neuter companion. Aegon is the sire of our D-litter.
Rodrik
Rodrik is the son of our Fleming, and he was meant for breeding. However at his first heart screening he was diagnosed with mild HCM, so he was neutered. At six years old he still has no symptoms, and lives in Oslo together with half-sister Ellaria and their humans.
